Meet Jenn
Hello! I have been an Occupational Therapist for 28 years, graduating from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Immediately I began taking courses in craniosacral therapy and began training with the amazing Osteopathic community in Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas using a variety of manual therapy techniques. I completed a mentorship program focused on Muscle Energy and Functional techniques under instructors guided by Dr. Edward Stiles, D.O., FAAODist. My love for craniosacral therapy blossomed and I completed an externship program at the Upledger Institute focused on pediatrics. I became advanced trained in both craniosacral therapy and lymph drainage therapy and also attained a SIPT certification in Sensory Integration. I have also studied Neurovascular Integration with Dr. Cathy Holloway and completed her amazing curriculum. I love to use a variety of techniques to help my clients to feel safe, confident, and comfortable in their bodies. I treat people of all ages; however, for the past 10 years, much of my practice has been with infants with tethered oral tissues who may or may not need release but need both body work and feeding therapy to improve function. I love to use reflex integration techniques to train the body and the mouth to “feel” the correct motor pattern and then build on their new ability and then further gain mobility, coordination and function on this amazing foundation. I also absolutely love to work with dogs and have used reflex integration, craniosacral therapy, fascial release, and sensory integration techniques to address reactivity, PTSD, eating concerns, scar tissue, pain, inflammation, and challenges with their sensory or nervous system.
